Adi has over fifteen years of experience in interactive product marketing. Prior to founding Oddcast in 1999, Adi produced more than thirty online games, including HBO's Sex and the City and The Sopranos, and Warner Brothers' The Matrix game. In 1996, Adi produced the first animated ads on AOL.
Adi holds an MPS degree from the Interactive Telecommunications Program at NYU Tisch School of the Arts and an undergraduate degree from NYU in Film and Television.
Jessica earned a BA in Philosophy from Haverford College, focusing on ethics and culture. Jessica’s research interests include technology and ethical relationships, as well as new media and online identity formation. When not getting lost in the web, Jessica can usually be found riding bikes or playing guitar.

Sandy Smallens oversees direct-to-brand sales, marketing and distribution for Oddcast. A 17-year veteran of the digital media space, he most recently held leadership positions at top broadcasters Entercom and CBS Radio/Viacom; he also oversaw Vivendi’s music content portals (GetMusic, RollingStone.com, MP3.com, eMusic), served as SVP at Sonicnet/MTVi, and was a VP/GM at Prodigy Internet. In 1995 he founded Atlantic Records’ new media division. Smallens was a founding member and bassist/vocalist with Warner Bros. punk-pop band Too Much Joy. He graduated Yale University in 1987 with a BA in Political Philosophy.
Candice holds a Bachelors degree in Marketing Communication from the University of Johannesburg in South Africa. Prior to joining Oddcast, Candice’s has worked with brands such as Apple, Nintendo and TomTom.
