About
the Candidate

Oddcast
is a fast-paced and fun working environment.
We have a 10-year track record of creating massively successful viral
campaigns, and the relentless energy of a start-up.  You must be an entrepreneurial self-starter
who is at ease leading and collaborating with people.  You should be able to point to at least three
years of experience using web 2.0/social/digital marketing to achieve tangible
success for a company.
You must also be
able to prioritize and handle multiple projects – we launch hundreds of
campaigns a year – and not get thrown off by last-minute
changes/requests/needs.  You should have
a healthy curiosity and thirst about the entire social space, but possess the
authority and confidence to codify and productize social media distribution for
our clients.  This is a marketing/sales
role, and your work will have a tangible impact on the bottom line, so prior
experience with affiliate or direct sales is helpful.  Clearly, you should have a working
relationship with the social media and great writing chops.  We should be able to learn from one another on
a daily basis.
