In our spare time, we collect bottlecaps, knit, and try to change the face of internet radio: TargetSpot gets funded

For some time now, we have been working with CBS Radio on a product that allows non-professionals to easily create, target and bid on ads in streaming radio.  David Goodman, President of Marketing at CBS Radio, had the vision to democratize the tools for creating radio ads and make advertising on radio as easy as buying search. 

The idea was so compelling and the product has such potential, that we decided to spin TargetSpot off into its own company.

The venture is led by President and CEO Doug Perlson and funded by our friends at Union Square Ventures.
